ActionCOACH

Founded in 1993 by entrepreneur and author, Brad Sugars, ActionCOACH is a business coaching and training company.  "Small to medium size businesses are the economic backbone of North Carolina," said President, Steve Brock.  "It's our job to make sure they're not only successful but thriving."  This is no small task in an economy in which roughly 80% of new businesses fail in their first five years of operation.  

In contrast, about 93% of ActionCOACH businesses succeed during and after the five year mark.  According to Brock, business ownership should provide both financial rewards and flexibility. "Business owners start their business to achieve the financial means to accomplish their goals," said Brock.  "We help convert their business into a vehicle in which they can arrive at those goals."
