The special needs individual today is faced with the difficult tasks of understanding financial planning, technology, and sharing the world with people who are different from themselves.  AAP Job Technologies provides guidance to aid special needs individuals who genuinely want to make their way in the world self sufficiently. "Our clients don't always know how to reach out," said Allen.  "We can help them find a way in life."

One of the top priorities of AAP Job Technologies is to assist their clients in becoming a valued member of society.  To accomplish this, it is crucial that the surrounding community be accepting of special needs individuals.  "Many people either from fear or misunderstanding, try to keep these individuals separate from society," said Allen. "We want to give them the self esteem and motivation to be more sociable so they can integrate."

As an organization, AAP Job Technologies' goals are fairly simple.  "We want to show people the genuine love of God in our life to help them grab a hold of something real," said Allen. "There is peace in the turmoil of the world."
