Rental times apply to all event guests and subcontractors and include set-up, event, and breakdown.
Prices do not include tables, chairs, or set-up fees. Decorations, rental furniture and/or equipment may only be delivered for rental or removed at conclusion of event as specified with Events at Revolution in rental contract.
One-half of rental rate and a signed contract are required to book an event. All rental costs are to be paid in full six months prior to event. Reservations cancelled six or more months before event date will be refunded in full less a $100 processing fee. Any cancellation within six months of event will result in forfeiture of all rental fees. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
Events at Revolution accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Catering services are not provided. A contract with a licensed caterer, approved by Event Manager, is the responsibility of renter. Any liquor service requires an ABC permit. Caterers are responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition as when they arrived prior to the event. All trash, recyclables, food, and equipment must be removed immediately following event.
The facility is equipped with an Audio Visual system to meet a large variety of needs. Operation of the equipment may require employment of A&V Company at the expense of renter. Any additional A/V equipment can be provided by A&V Company and is paid for by renter. Prices range from $50 to $100 per hour. Jimmy Canon may be reached at 292-9700. Events at Revolution staff are not responsible for moving, setting up, taking down, or any loss with respect to the rental equipment.
Events at Revolution has teamed with Lankford Protective Services, Inc to provide security service for clients renting our facility. All events over fifty people require a security guard to be present at the expense of renter. Prices range from $15 to $25 an hour. Lankford Security requires a two week notice prior to event and must be contracted and paid for by renter. Please contact Sam Lankford at 288-7922 ext 101.
